I am really confused about something that’s been on my mind. Last week, I went to this Ayurvedic retreat, trying to find more natural ways to feel better and maybe lose some weight. The nutritionist there said that sweet curd could be beneficial for weight loss. But, honestly, I’ve heard mixed things about it! Like, is sweet curd good for weight loss or not? I love curd, especially when it’s sweetened with honey or fruits, but I don’t wanna sabotage my progress. I started exercising and really watching what I’m eating, but then I keep getting tempted by all these delicious things like sweet curd! I had it for breakfast a couple of days ago, and it just felt soo creamy and nice. Still, I've been reading online, and different opinions make it super hard to figure out what’s true. Would it help me or actually add to my weight instead? Or is sweet curd good for weight loss as an occasional treat if I eat in moderation? I’d really appreciate any insights or personal experiences you all can share! It’s just hard to sift through the info out there sometimes... Thanks!
