Last week, I decided to try to add honey to my morning tea instead of sugar, thinking it’s healthier. But then my friend said, “you can’t have too much, or it might not help!” I’m a bit confused because I also love sweet stuff, and sometimes I go overboard. Like yesterday, I added honey to my yogurt and then had a slice of whole grain toast with honey on top—was that too much? I feel like I’m gonna mess this up if I don’t figure this out. I think I might be consuming too much honey without realizing! I read one article suggesting one tablespoon, but then came across another saying that two tablespoons are fine too. Like, how much honey per day for weight loss should I actually be aiming for? Are there any signs I should watch for to know if its working?
