नमस्ते आयुर्वेद पंडितों, मैं 77 साल का एक सेवानिवृत्त दर्शनशास्त्र का प्रोफेसर हूं। अब मैं नियमित रूप से धूतपापेश्वर द्वारा उपलब्ध स्थानीय आयुर्वेदिक दुकान से सुवर्णभस्म प्रीमियम क्वालिटी ले रहा हूं। मुझे खांसी से छुटकारा पाने, पाचन शुद्ध करने आदि के बाद अपने समग्र स्वास्थ्य में सकारात्मक लाभ मिला है, इसलिए मैं रोजाना एक बार शहद के साथ गर्म पानी में मिलाकर सुवर्णभस्म लेना जारी रखना चाहता हूं। इसके अलावा, मैं रोजाना एक या दो बार त्रिफला चूर्ण का काढ़ा लेना पसंद करता हूं। आपके सुझाव की प्रतीक्षा है। सादर, डॉ. रचप्प इंगालहली
