Seeking Guidance for Premature Aging and Hair Greying - #46729
Dear vaidya I m suffering from premature aging .hair s become grey in head and white hair seen in hand also .aging processing fast skin also dull age 38..height 6 inch weight looks thin not over thin Agni moderate .sleep moderate (not very good) motion clear should I start rasayan churna or saptamrit lauh or chywanprasn or narasimha rasamyana(as seen in youtube)or any other medicine.but I hear that rasayan medicine should take after cleaning process(panchakarma) but I'm not that position to do panchakarma ..please guide me.im not much wealthy person .any suitable treatment suit my budget..jai dhanvantri jai vaidya gana ...🙏🙏🙏

Your symptom indicate gradual dhatu kshaya and mild pitta involvement, which is why you are noticing, premature growing, dull, skin, and faster ageing changes Since your Agni is moderate, and bowel is clear, you do not need panchakarma at present
You may start Amlaki Rasayana 1 teaspoon with warm water twice daily. It supports rasa and rakta dhatu, slows premature aging, improves skin texture and helps in controlling further greying when taken consistently. Along with this, take Chyawanprash daily i 1 teaspoon once daily as a general Rasayana to nourish all tissues and support strength and immunity. Add Bringaraja Asava 4 teaspoon with equal amount of water twice daily after meals as it specifically works on hair health, liver support and premature greying, and also helps maintain overall vitality.
Diet should be warm, freshly prepared . Take meals at fixed times. Include rice or wheat, moong dal, seasonal vegetables, milk ghee daily. Avoid excess tea, coffee, very spicy, sour and fried foods, packaged items and frequent fasting, as these increase dryness and heat in the body and worsen greying and skin dullness. Drink warm water.
Sleep before 11 pm and avoid late nights. Do not overexert physically. daily walking .
For external application, prepare sadabahar leaves extract juice and mix it in equal quantity with warm coconut oil. Apply this mixture to the scalp on alternate days. With regular use, it supports scalp health and gradually helps the hair regain natural colour in a slow and natural manner. Avoid chemical dyes and harsh shampoos .
Avoid stress, irregular routine and excessive screen exposure Avoid mental strain as mental strain directly affects ageing With regular intake of the above advised medicine, proper diet and lifestyle. Further ageing will be slowed and overall vitality and appearance will improve steadily over time.
