when to take gokshura - #43820
I am really confused about when to take gokshura. Lately, I've been feeling super low energy, and my doctor thinks it might be related to my lifestyle and diet—mostly me being a busy mom and not eating right. A friend mentioned that gokshura could help boost my vitality, but honestly, I have no clue when to take gokshura to get the best effects. I tried looking online, but the info is all over the place. Sometimes I feel like I should take it in the morning, right after breakfast? But then I read it might be good before or after a workout too. What if I take it too late in the day and then can’t sleep? Ugh, I’m just unsure, and I really want to make this work. Some days I’m dragging my feet by 3 PM and then other days, I feel like I could run a marathon, but that doesn't happen often! Like, is there a *best* time of day, or does it depend on how i'm feeling? And do I need to take it with food or on an empty stomach? Any tips would be appreciated, especially from those who’ve been using gokshura for energy! Thanks a ton!
