Yes, this juice can be taken and it is beneficial when used correctly. Beetroot and carrot help improve blood quality and circulation, which supports nourishment to the scalp and hair roots. This improves oxygen and nutrient delivery to tissues and helps overall energy levels. Lemon supports absorption and keeps digestion lighter, a small amount of ginger helps stimulate digestion and reduces heaviness from the juice.

It should not be taken late at night because digestion slows down at that time. Taking it at night can lead to bloating, gas or disturbed sleep, especially if you already have digestive discomfort.

The suitable time is morning ,If evening suits you better, take it around five to six in the evening, keep a gap of at least two to three hours after lunch and well before dinner.

Half beetroot is enough. One medium carrot is sufficient. Ginger should be a small piece and lemon few drops. Adding some water is fine if it feels heavy.

You can take this juice daily or on alternate days,If digestion feels comfortable, daily use is fine. If bloating or gas appears, can take on alternate days. Mild bloating in the initial days can happen as the body adjusts. Reddish colour in urine or stool can occur due to beetroot which is normal.

On days you take this juice, keep meals simple which helps digestion.

This juice helps blood nourishment, improves stamina, detoxification ,supports skin and hair health and boosts general vitality. When taken regularly in the right amount and at the right time, it is safe and beneficial for long term use.
