मेरे साथ एक दुर्घटना हुई थी जिसमें मेरे बाएं हाथ की मांसपेशियों में चोट के कारण मैं उसे ऊपर नहीं उठा पा रहा हूँ। मैंने इसे ऑर्थोपेडिक सर्जन को दिखाया है। मैं हिमालय रुमालया फोर्टे टैबलेट ले रहा हूँ, एक टैबलेट दिन में दो बार। क्या यह सलाहनीय या सुरक्षित है? कृपया जवाब दें।
