Ayurveda treats skin as a mirror of your internal health, and I genuinely think it shines when we consider that holistic aspect—diet, lifestyle, and stress management alongside the products.

Starting with herbs like Neem, Turmeric, and Aloe Vera can def help reduce inflammation and ease acne. Neem’s great cause it’s antibaterical and antimicrobial, so give it a shot for acne. Turmeric brings down redness too, which is a bonus. Dive into Ubtans, or herbal paste, they’re fab for exfoliating but be gentle! They scrub off dead skin and leave a natural glow. You might not see overnight changes, but consistency is key––could be like, 4-6 weeks till you spot noticeable changes… everyone’s different tho.

Definitely think about consulting with an Ayurvedic dermatologist, especially if you’re trying to pinpoint which doshas might be causing imbalances.
