I’ve been struggling with weight gain for a while now, despite trying various diets and exercise routines. My doctor told me I’m obese, and it’s starting to impact my overall health, including my blood pressure and blood sugar levels. I’ve heard that obesity can be caused by many factors, such as poor diet, lack of exercise, and even stress or genetic factors, but I’m looking for a holistic approach to weight management.
