Hello Veena, Greetings! Can you please elaborate your symptoms in detail? Do you experience burning, acidity, bloating, or nausea after eating? How is your appetite—do you feel hungry or full quickly? Any issues with bowel movements— like constipation, loose stools, or mucus? Do certain foods worsen your symptoms, especially spicy, oily, or processed foods? Have you taken painkillers, antibiotics, or steroids long-term? These details will help assess your Pitta imbalance and digestive strength for better Ayurvedic management.

Hi veena, First of you have to follow a proper diet and lifestyle management and medicine for this Diet modification :- avoid oily foods, spicy foods, sour foods, red meat, chicken, gaseous food items. Food from outside. Soft drinks. Taking food at proper time, means taking food intermittently. Including fruits, vegetables . Drink sufficient quantity of water. Lifestyle management:- take proper sleep at right time. Do pranayama. Avoid stress. Do clean bowel daily Medicines:- 1) Acidact tab kottakkal -1-0-1 before food 2) Dadimastakam choornam - 1tsp with buttermilk after food at noon time And one advice from my experience take 2 tsp raw arrowroot powder mix with very little amount of milk and add water boil it to a gruel consistency add some bananas in it and drink it with mild warm .
