I am really confused about how to use shilajit capsule. I recently started taking them because my energy levels have been really low, and to be honest, I'm desperate for some vitality — I’m always tired! I came across these shilajit capsules and read that they could help but idk how they actually work or the best way to take them. Should I take them with food or on an empty stomach? Like, would it matter if I took it in the morning or at night? Also, I noticed some days I feel a slight boost, but then other days, nothing?? Should I just keep taking them consistently and hope it kicks in more? My friend says I need to take them for at least a month, but it’s been hard cause I wanna feel a difference now! Anyway, any tips on how to use shilajit capsule properly would be soooo helpful, cause honestly, I feel lost with all this! Thanks!
