How to reduce hair fall , how to regrow new hair ? - #25034

My hair line going back and too much hair fall suggest me natural products that benefits for my hair growth . I want to grow new hair's. Earlier I suffer from disease alopecia areata but after some homeopathy treatment my hair patches are going back . I suffer by one more problem my Beard is golden . Please help me what should I do. ?

Avoid addiction if any. Avoid spicy, oily and processed food. Regular exercise and Shirsasan. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Cap.Trich up 2-0-2 Tab.Saptamrut lauh 1-0-1 Nilibhringraj oil for local massage on scalp twice a week.

💠 Avoid salty, sour, alkaline, hot , spicy, food items

Gently massage the oil into scalp in circular motions before bathing or bedtime, leaving it on for at least an hour or overnight. Do this 2-3 times a week.

1.Trichup capsule 1-1-1after food 2.Nasasimha rasayana 1tsp at bedtime followed by warm milk 3.Thriphaladi churnam- Make paste with warm water , Do gentle scrub /10min /weekly twice before oil application 4.Malathyadi taila for head (30min before headbath , do gentle massage/ weekly 2-3times)

* Suggested to Do PRACHANNA ,an Ayurvedic treatment to improve circulation in scalp and thus helping to improve hair growth) ,please do visit a Ayurvedic treatment center nearby

Improve water intake ,have more focus on fruits and vegetables, avoid processed foods , include nuts , raisins , Sprouted grains ,etc

AYURVEDIC PERSPECTIVE ➡️Alopecia + Receding hairline: Vata-Pitta aggravation in scalp + hair root ➡️Excess hair fall: Weak Agni → weak metabolism → poor nourishment to hair follicles ➡️Golden beard hair: Indicative of Pitta-Rakta dushti, or lack of melanin production

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT ✅ 1. Internal Medicines 1 Narasimha rasyana 1 tsp , morning empty stomach followed by warm milk (promotes hair thickness) 2 Groo 1-0-1 after food (promotes hair growth ) 3 Bhingarajasvam 30ml-0-30ml after food 4 Jeevamarutham 1 tsp , at bed time followed by warm milk

✅ 2. Natural Oils for Hair Regrowth

Apply 3–4 times/week + mild hot towel steam after oiling. 1 Neelibhringadi coconut oil- apply on scalp half hour before bath ‘

✅ 3 External treatment for bald patches - On bald patches apply indralupta mashi -it is a black color powder -mix it with castor oil and apply on the bald patches daily at night

✅4. Natural Hair Mask (1× Weekly)
