To address your concerns, we’ll focus on strengthening hair roots, minimizing hair fall, and promoting new hair growth through Ayurvedic approaches. Ayurvedic texts emphasize balancing doshas (particularly Pitta) for healthy hair.
1. Oil Massage (Abhyanga): Regular scalp massages improve circulation and nourishment to hair follicles. Use oils such as Bhringraj oil or Brahmi oil, both known in ayurveda to support hair health. Gently massage the oil into scalp in circular motions before bathing or bedtime, leaving it on for at least an hour or overnight. Do this 2-3 times a week.
2. Herbal Hair Packs: Amla (Indian gooseberry) is rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, supporting hair growth. Mix fresh amla juice or powder with aloe vera gel, apply it as a pack, leave for 30 minutes, then rinse. Use this pack once a week.
3. Dietary Adjustments: Ensure intake of foods that pacify Pitta and nourish dhatus. Include cooling and hydrating foods like cucumbers, and melons. Consume protein-rich foods, as hair is primarily protein, such as lentils and nuts. Avoid excessively spicy, oily, or fermented foods that can aggravate Pitta.
4. Herbal Supplements: Consider taking Triphala churna, which can help balance your doshas and support detoxification. Also, try Ashwagandha for its stress-reducing properties, as stress frequently contributes to hair fall.
5. Lifestyle Modifications: Reducing stress is vital. Practice Yoga or meditation daily to help maintain mental peace. Ensure adequate sleep helps repair tissues, including hair.
Your concern about your golden beard may be related to some underlying Pitta imbalance or nutritional deficiency. Ensure supplementation with enough B-vitamins and minerals like zinc, or consult a healthcare professional for further investigation it could be a larger pigmentation issue.
In cases of ongoing hair fall despite these measures, see a healthcare provider to rule out underlying conditions requiring different medical intervention.

Hello Kunal Thank you for sharing your concerns .I can understand your concern regarding your receding hair line and hairfall and also about your history about Alopecia areata and also about your beard color. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊
AYURVEDIC PERSPECTIVE ➡️Alopecia + Receding hairline: Vata-Pitta aggravation in scalp + hair root ➡️Excess hair fall: Weak Agni → weak metabolism → poor nourishment to hair follicles ➡️Golden beard hair: Indicative of Pitta-Rakta dushti, or lack of melanin production
AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT ✅ 1. Internal Medicines 1 Narasimha rasyana 1 tsp , morning empty stomach followed by warm milk (promotes hair thickness) 2 Groo 1-0-1 after food (promotes hair growth ) 3 Bhingarajasvam 30ml-0-30ml after food 4 Jeevamarutham 1 tsp , at bed time followed by warm milk
✅ 2. Natural Oils for Hair Regrowth
Apply 3–4 times/week + mild hot towel steam after oiling. 1 Neelibhringadi coconut oil- apply on scalp half hour before bath ‘
✅ 3 External treatment for bald patches - On bald patches apply indralupta mashi -it is a black color powder -mix it with castor oil and apply on the bald patches daily at night
✅4. Natural Hair Mask (1× Weekly)
Mix: 2 tsp Amla powder 2 tsp Bhringraj powder Add coconut milk / aloe vera juice to make paste Apply for 30–45 min → rinse with shikakai / herbal shampoo only
✅5. Hair-Nourishing Diet
✅ Eat more of:
Amla, sesame seeds, dates, almonds (soaked), ghee Cow milk, gulkand, moong dal, green veggies Coconut water, pumpkin seeds, black grapes
❌ Avoid:
Spicy/oily foods, smoking, tea-coffee overdose Night curd, cold water, late-night sleeping Chemicals: hair color, strong shampoos, hard water
5. Lifestyle Modification
☑️Sleep by 10:30 PM — essential for hair recovery ☑️Yoga & Pranayama (esp. Bhramari, Anulom Vilom) daily ☑️Avoid stress — stress directly triggers hair fall and beard pigmentation
For Your Beard Color (Golden/Light)
This is likely due to low melanin production, which can improve by: ☑️Lohasava 30ml-0-30ml (iron supplements, Ayurvedic) ☑️Neelibhringadi oil massage ☑️High antioxidant diet (amla, sesame, black raisins, ghee)
Wishing you strong roots, thick hair, and confidence ahead
Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
