It sounds like a challenging situation you're going through, but there's definitely hope. In Ayurveda, issues like low sperm count and early ejaculation can be linked to imbalances in your doshas, particularly vata and pitta. But let's get practical. First, I think one of best steps for both you and your wife is consult with a fertility specialist. They'll likely suggest a semen analysis for you and hormone tests and maybe an ultrasound for your wife, depending on her menstrual history. Now, from Ayurveda perspective, there's a lot we can do. Ashwagandha and Shatavari are often used to boost reproductive health. Ashwagandha can help improve sperm quality and count, while Shatavari is known to balance female hormones. For your case, try taking 1 tsp of Ashwagandha churna with warm milk twice a day after meals. But again, it's always good idea to consult with someone familiar with how these herbs work for it to be safe and tailored for you both. Timing can also be key, not just in Ayurveda but in general. In terms of lifestyle, make sure you’re reducing stress, as it can play a big role. Stress means more pitta aggravation, which you don't want. Pranayama and yoga, especially postures like Paschimottanasana and Dhanurasana, can help balance that energy. Diet's another biggie, focus on warm, nourishing foods. Avoid too much caffeine and alcohol, as these can mess with your reproductive health. Eat more fruits, nuts, dairy – these are considered good for shukra dhatu, the tissue responsible for reproductive health. Seems simple, right? But often neglected. Lastly, give yourselves some patience and time. It's an emotional journey, and keeping a good, open line of communication with your wife is really important. Hope that helps and wishing you both the best on this journey!
