Hi Sayali, May I know how your stress levels are currently? How does your daily diet look like? Have you taken any recent blood test, if yes can you share your results please?

Currently my stress levels are low. My diet is also insufficient due to recovery after fever and my blood test shows increased eosinophils and 0 monocytes (dated 04/03/25) rest everything is normal .
Sounds like you're going through a tough patch with your hair. Having Vata-Pitta prakruti can definitely set the stage for hair issues, especially when you're juggling the stress of exams and have had a fever too. But, you got this! First things first, let's focus on pacifying Vata and Pitta to create a nourishing environment for hair regrowth. Your hair is telling a story of imbalance, it'll need some serious TLC. Try massaging your scalp with warm oils that are balancing for Vata-Pitta like a blend of Bhringraj and Brahmi oil (it doesnt have to be perfect). Do this 2-3 times a week. Warm oil penetrates the scalp better, soothing and nourishes hair strands, aim to massage for at least 10-15 mins and then keep it on for an hour or overnight if possible before washing. Let's also talk diet - nourished body, happy hair! Focus on good fats – ghee, almonds and walnuts would be your best friends. These add the moisture that Vata tends to strip away. Include cooling foods like coconut water, fresh salads with cucumber – helpful for Pitta. On dry hair and split ends, natural hair masks might be helpful. Try an egg mask (yeah, it’s a bit smelly but so effective!). Mix egg yolk with olive oil and apply on your hair, focus more on the split ends, leave it on for about 20 minutes or so before washing off with a mild, sulfate-free shampoo. Very hydrating and repairing for damage. Stress! It's sneaky but impactful. Practices like Abhyanga (self-massage) and Shirodhara (streaming oil on the forehead) can be done for combatting stress. But keep it consistent, cus’ Ayurveda loves consistency and patience. Lastly, with that bald patch and fast thinning – if no change is found, might be a good idea to visit an Ayurvedic doctor near you for in-person examination (seriously, sometimes it's best). Don't ignore sudden, significant hair loss. They can check for other imbalances or potential issues that might need addressing. Hope that helps!
