Lately, I’ve been feeling like something’s off with my body. As a male, I always had decent energy levels and a normal sex drive, but for the past year or so, things have been changing. My stamina is way lower than before, and I just don’t feel the same strength in my body. I get tired easily, even after small activities, and my muscles feel weaker. It’s like I’ve lost that natural spark that I used to have. On top of that, my mood has been weird. I feel more irritable, less confident, and sometimes just plain exhausted for no reason. I also noticed that my sleep isn’t as deep anymore. I wake up feeling like I haven’t rested at all. It’s making everything worse—work, relationships, even just basic motivation. I thought maybe it was just stress, but it’s been going on for too long now. The biggest issue, though, is my sexual health. I don’t feel the same drive or performance as before. It’s not completely gone, but there’s a definite decline, and it’s frustrating. I heard that Ayurveda looks at this differently than Western medicine, focusing more on energy balance and lifestyle. Could this be related to low testosterone or some kind of dosha imbalance? Are there Ayurvedic herbs or practices that help male energy and vitality naturally? I don’t want to go for chemical-based supplements or treatments if I can avoid them. Also, could diet be playing a role in this? I don’t eat too many junk foods, but I’ve never really followed any specific diet either. What foods help boost male strength and energy? And do things like yoga or breathing techniques help in this case? I really need a way to get my body back to how it used to be, naturally. If there are specific Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, or oils that can help, I’d love to know. I just don’t want to feel this drained and weak all the time anymore.
