How to boost immunity - #20027

As nowadays as the climate changes my body feels very lazy and sometimes I suffer from cold and cough due to climate change and in worst case I suffer from fever too I have searched everywhere for boosting of immunity but haven't got any solution so please help me and suggest something so that my immune system gets boosted.

Hello Dr as I am a student so my lifestyle is not as disciplined as it should be sometimes I woke up at 8 am sometimes I woke up at 5 am when I woke up at 5 am i do 2km of walking, and previously i was eating unhealthy foods the junk foods etc, yes 2 3 days before I suffered from fever and cough, i don't have any digestive issue or any chronic, but yes I am on a medicine of migrane from a neurologist.
