Tackling both low sperm count and motility in men and myoma issues in women is a challenge best approached holistically. Let’s break things down step-by-step.

For low sperm count and motility, Ayurveda emphasizes balancing the shukra dhatu - the reproductive tissue. Including foods that nurture shukra dhatu, such as nuts (particularly almonds and walnuts), seeds (like pumpkin and sesame), and dairy products, like whole milk, can be beneficial. Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Shatavari are also known for supporting reproductive health. You can take these herbs in powder form, about a teaspoon mixed with warm milk, daily, ideally before bedtime.

Lifestyle modifications could include regular exercise to boost blood circulation and reduce stress levels, as stress is a sperm destroyer. Alternate hot and cold bathing can help improve blood flow to that region. Avoid tight clothing that impacts genital health. Stop smoking and reduce alcohol as they are serious downgrading factors for sperm quality.

As for myoma and associated complications like blocked fallopian tubes, an Ayurvedic approach involves reducing kapha dosha which is often implicated in such growths. A diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods (ginger, turmeric, etc.) and low in sugar and processed foods is crucial. Herbs like Guggulu and Triphala can be supportive in reducing growth severity. Guggulu is taken in tablet form, around 500 mg twice a day after meals.

Abdominal massages with warm castor oil can help manage pain but must be done cautiously and ideally under guidance. Pancha Karma, a detoxification process, might be advantageous, particularly Basti (medicated enemas) that aid in reduction of toxins and balancing Vata dosha, which might also ease back and joint pain.

However, with both conditions, all treatments should be undertaken under the supervision of a qualified practitioner. Especially in the case of severe symptoms or emergency interventions, consult a medical professional immediately. The back and leg pain could hint at complications needing urgent attention.

Stress management is key. Include yoga, pranayama, or meditation to keep stress levels in check. Deep breathing exercises also help nourish tissues with vital oxygen.

Remember, consistency and patience are essential when following Ayurvedic remedies and it’s importaant to individually tailor treatments. Always discuss these options with your healthcare provider prior to starting any new treatment plan.
