Your digestion is proper or not?? Do you have any history of recurrent fever from last 2-3 months? Let me know this. If you don't have any then follow the following medicine. Excessive loading on the involved joints should be avoided. Also avoid prolonged standing, kneeling and squating. Take the following medicines 1. Mahayograj guggulu 2-0-2 after food with guduchi ghrita 10ml 2. Ashwagandha churna 2gm + Chopchini churna 1gm + pippalimul churna 1/2 gm+ Gokshura churna 1gm+ guduchi churna 1gm mix well 1-1-1 after food with milk 3. Dhanvantaram taila 101 10 drops-0-10 drops take it after food digestion with a cup of warm milk. Application of Nagaradi lepa on the affected joints. Take care and get well soon

I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Understanding joint pain coupled with swelling is vital for long-term relief. Your symptoms suggest the possibility of an underlying vata imbalance affecting the joints, a common occurrence in Ayurveda, signifying arthritic conditions. The vata dosha, when aggravated, typically leads to dryness and stiffness, contributing to joint pain. Firstly, addressing your diet is crucial. An anti-inflammatory diet is recommended to pacify aggravated vata. Consuming warm, moist, and nourishing foods such as khichdi, dal soups, and stews could be beneficial. Include spices like ginger, turmeric, and cumin in your meals as they serve as excellent anti-inflammatories. Avoid cold drinks, processed foods, caffeine, and excessive raw foods, as they can exacerbate your condition. Daily routine including regular warm oil massages (abhyanga) can be helpful. Consider using sesame oil or specialized herbal oils like Mahanarayan or Ashwagandha Bala Taila. Massage should ideally be done in the morning before showering and should last for about 15-20 minutes each time. This increases circulation and helps in reducing stiffness and inflammation. It's also advised to maintain regular gentle exercise, which can include stretching, yoga or walking. But, it's important not to overstrain your joints. The key is moderation; exercises involving circular motions help maintain joint mobility without stressing the joints heavily. Herbal formulations play a role too. Try consuming Dashmoolarishta or Ashwagandha powder daily, following proper dosage instructions from an Ayurvedic practitioner or advisor. These herbs reduce inflammation and strengthen the tissues. In addition, ensure you're staying hydrated with warm liquids, such as herbal teas and warm water, to aid digestion and toxin expulsion—this keeps the vata in balance. Remember though, careful observation of how each change affects your condition is important, and professional guidance is always recommended to tailor treatments specifically to your body's needs. Significant changes in symptoms or increased pain may require immediate medical attention; do not delay medical consultation if symptoms persist or worsen. Prioritizing health assessment allows for a more comprehensive treatment approach, integrating both Ayurvedic and conventional medical care.
