Dealing with fibroids can be tricky, especially when surgery is suggested, but Ayurveda provides some paths that might help manage your condition conservatively. The fibroid’s size at 5 cm indicates that it can be managed in some cases with Ayurvedic interventions, although be mindful that regular check-ups and monitoring its growth is crucial.

First, we need to address the bleeding. Herbs like Ashoka (Saraca indica) and Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa) are traditionally used in Ayurveda to manage excessive menstrual bleeding. You may consider Ashokarishta, a classical ayurvedic formulation that can be taken 2 tablespoons with equal water twice daily after meals to help regulate bleeding. However, it’s paramount to consult with a local Ayurvedic practitioner to adjust the dosage based on your specific condition.

For managing fibroids itself, Varuna (Crataeva nurvala) is known for its benefits in obstructive conditions. A common preparation is Varunadi Kashayam, which might be taken under the guidance of a practitioner. It’s worth noting, though, these remedies tend to work slowly, and patience would be needed.

Given your anemia, focusing on iron intake is key. Try XXX supplement which has Dal Mool raisin powder enhanced with herb Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), traditionally considered a Rasayana, for its blood-boosting qualities. This can be effective in improving hemoglobin levels. Also, incorporate iron-rich foods like dates, spinach, and beetroot into your diet—a common advice, but practical too.

Your lifestyle and diet can also support treatment. Warm, nourishing foods that are easy to digest should be preferred, whereas spicy, acidic foods should be avoided. Incorporating Pranayama and meditation into your daily routine can also be beneficial in balancing your mind-body energy.

While Ayurvedic treatment offers potential for relief, it’s important to be careful about the risk of delay. Stay in touch with your primary healthcare provider and keep monitoring the situation. Indian gooseberry (Amla) and sesame seeds can additionally help in improving your overall wellness. Remember, consistency is key, and as changes occur gradually, keeping track of any shifts in symptoms is really important.
