HELLO, If your scans are clear, the root cause is most likely functional or hormonal, not structural. This is why we need to address: Hormonal imbalance Diet and lifestyle issues Stress and emotional health For this, I am suggesting an effective combination of medication, along with dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Rx. Sitopaladi Churna (50 gm) + Praval Pishti (5 gm) – Mix well and take ½ teaspoon with honey twice daily. Chandraprabha Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals with lukewarm water. Sootshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Ashokarishta – 20 ml mixed with an equal amount of water, twice daily after meals. Dietary Recommendations Include: Pomegranate, amla, coconut water, bottle gourd, and coriander. Wheat porridge, moong dal soup, rice, and moderate amounts of ghee. Avoid: Spicy, fried, sour, fermented, and overly salty foods. Cold and packaged foods. Lifestyle Tips Avoid excessive physical exertion during periods. Practice gentle yoga and pranayama, especially Sheetali and Anulom Vilom. Maintain a regular sleep schedule and manage stress effectively.
