Dr. Shweta Hegde
I am an Ayurvedic physician with over 8 years of clinical experience, specializing in treating a wide range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions through personalized, root-cause Ayurvedic care. My core areas of expertise include pain management, stress and anxiety-related disorders, skin and hair concerns, thyroid imbalances, menstrual disorders, infertility, and pre- and postnatal care. Throughout my practice, I have helped individuals navigate complex and often recurring health concerns using classical Ayurvedic therapies tailored to their unique constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalance (Vikriti). Whether it's joint pain, migraine, hormonal acne, hair fall, menstrual irregularities, or thyroid dysfunction, I focus on restoring internal balance through a holistic approach involving herbal medicine, Panchakarma detoxification, diet correction, lifestyle counselling, and rejuvenation therapies. My work in women's health and fertility is especially close to my heart. I support women at every stage—from addressing PCOS and irregular cycles to guiding them through healthy conception, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. In each case, I provide natural, non-invasive solutions that aim to enhance long-term reproductive health and emotional wellbeing. Stress is a silent root of many disorders, and I pay special attention to mental health through Ayurvedic therapies like Shirodhara, Nasya, and Rasayana support, which calm the mind and improve overall vitality. By combining clinical experience with compassionate care, I ensure that each patient not only receives effective treatment but also gains a deeper understanding of their own body and health. My goal is to make Ayurveda accessible, practical, and empowering—helping individuals experience the full potential of this ancient science in today's fast-paced world. I am committed to ongoing learning and evolving my practice to meet the unique health goals of every patient I serve.
