Having issue of indigestion,IBS and bloating. Want to get rid of this permanently. I have tried both ayurvedic and allopathic. Please give me the solution which can help me out also give certain medications

Takra (Buttermilk) with roasted cumin and ajwain 1 glass during lunch or after meal. * Eat at regular times, avoid overeating. * Avoid incompatible food combinations (like fruits with milk). * Reduce processed, fried, and heavy foods. * Practice yoga asanas like Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana, and gentle twists. * Manage stress with meditation and pranayama (especially Anulom Vilom & Sheetali). * Avoid caffeine after 2 PM * No phone/laptop after 9 PM * Daily 20 min sunlight exposure in the morning * Regular sleep-wake cycle (even on weekends)
