I'm reaching out with a bit of a urgent question that’s been weighing on me lately. So, I've always had super thick hair, like seriously, it was my pride and joy. But over the last six months or so, I've been noticing that my hair is thinning and I’m kinda freaking out about it. I tried some over-the-counter solutions, but nothing seems to work, and I'm not really into harsh chemicals. I’ve heard a lot about bhringrajasava lately, especially from some friends who swear by Ayurvedic remedies. Like, what’s the deal with this stuff? Is it really effective? How exactly does it work? I read a little bit online that bhringrajasava can help rejuvenate hair and stuff, but I'm also a bit skeptical, you know? Here’s the thing, I don’t wanna end up with more problems than I already have. My scalp isn’t itchy or flaky, but it just feels... off, I guess? Sometimes I wonder if this hair loss has to do with my stress levels or maybe something else? Anyway, should I be trying bhringrajasava as part of my daily routine?
