So you’ve got low AMH and thyroid history, plus regular periods – that’s the bit you got going for you! Conceiving with low AMH is tricky but not impossible, okay? In Ayurveda, looking at your whole being – doshas, lifestyle, everything – is great place to start.

Thinking about ama (toxins) and agni (digestive fire) can make a big difference. Gotta keep that agni strong. Eat warm, easy-to-digest foods. Soups, stews, cooked veggies, and spices like cumin, coriander – they’re your friends. Say no to processed stuff, low vibes and hard to digest.

For thyroid, think about certain foods. Avoid raw cruciferous veggies like cabbage, kale and use them cooked. Add more iodine rich foods like seaweed, if that blends with your diet. Keeping vata dosha in balance could support your fertility issues too, and regular routine’s helpful.

Don’t just eat, but move! Gentle exercises, like yoga or brisk walking, keeps the blood flowing. Try breathing exercises, like Pranayama – so good for reducing stress and steadying hormones.

Ashwagandha’s an adaptogen, supportive of both stress and reproductive health. And then there’s Shatavari, often suggested for women’s reproductive health. But always loop in a local health practitioner or Ayurvedic specialist before taking herbs, you know?

Warm oil massages – Abhyanga – amazing for calming vata. Sesame oil’s pretty good. Do it few times a week if you can. Helps with circulation and relaxation.

Understand, natural conception might not completely be under your control, especially at this age with low AMH. Keep a dialogue with your doctor, and they’d know if more urgent methods like IVF are needed. But work with Ayurveda steps alongside, focusing on overall mind-body health. Be kind to yourself; it’s a path, not a race.
