Sounds like you’re dealing with a bit of early sensitivity there. Don’t worry, Ayurveda’s got some ways that could help with easing that. What’s great, you’re already on to Kegel exercises—they’re fantastic for building strength in that area, so keep at them once or twice a day, about 10-15 reps each session.

Now, about the sensitivity itself, Ayurveda would suggest balancing your Vata dosha, which is often linked to nerve functions. Sometimes, excessive sensitivity can be due to a Vata imbalance. Warming your body and mind can help. Think about applying warm sesame oil to your lower abdomen and groin area every evening. Gently massage for around 5 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water. This practice, known as Abhyanga, could ground the Vata and reduce heightened sensitivity over time.

You’re doing great with the diet! Dry fruits, fruits and milk are super! Consider adding food that are sweet, salty, and a bit oily—like avocados, bananas, or some ghee in your meals (be sure it’s a bit, don’t go overboard). These tend to pacify Vata too. Stay away from excessively spicy foods though—it can increase sensitivity.

In terms of herbs, Ashwagandha might be something to look into. It’s known in Ayurveda to support nerve health and enhance endurance. You could take it as a capsule or mix the powder in warm milk each night. But, again, start with small amounts to see how your body reacts.

For now, continue with the regularity and don’t rush things. Let body have its time to adapt to new practices. And if things continue, or become a bigger concern, don’t hesitate to consult with a healthcare provider or an Ayurvedic specialist—they’ll give a clearer picture. You got this!
