For gut detox avoid dairy and bakery products Completly. Avoid maida, wheat flour, cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower and carbonated drinks. Have CCF ( coariader, cumin and fennel seeds) tea empty stomach. Tab. Shankha vati 2-0-2 before meal Consult Ayurvedic consultant personally for body detox ( panchkarma therapy).

Avoid processed foods, excessive sugar, and caffeine. Incorporating Triphala, an ayurvedic herb combination, can aid digestion and support detoxification.
