I am really curious if shilajit is good for sex. I’ve been doing some research because my partner and I have been struggling a bit in that area lately. We both feel pretty stressed and tired, and I read somewhere that shilajit could help boost energy and libido. Last month I started feeling kind of run down, and honestly, it really affected our intimate life. I also feel like my partner is a bit less interested than they used to be, which worries me a lot. We’ve been busy with work and life stuff, but I wonder if shilajit could help revive that spark? I heard it might also help with stamina and possibly increase testosterone or something like that which seems promising. Is shilajit good for sex?
