I am really confused about how much gokshura per day I should be taking. I started getting into Ayurveda after struggling with some energy issues and low libido, and a friend told me about gokshura helping with those. I read it’s good for vitality and all, but I can’t find a clear answer. Like, I was taking around a teaspoon and then I saw a post suggesting a whole tablespoon! That seemed excessive, right? And then once I mixed it into my morning smoothie, I felt kinda off for a bit. Might have been something else, but now I’m worried I'm overdoing it or something. Any advice on how much gokshura per day is safe and effective? I'd love to hear from folks who actually use it regularly. Just need a little clarity, ya know? I wanna make sure I'm helping my body and not messing things up more. Thanks!
