I am trying to figure out how to make khakhra at home, but I keep getting a bit lost in the process. Like, I thought it would be super easy, you know? I had this amazing khakhra at a friend's place last week, and I've been craving it since. When I looked it up, it seemed like just making the dough and rolling it, but then there were all these different spices and ways people were saying to cook it. I tried once and ended up with a really hard cracker—more like a rock! What am I doing wrong? I even watched a few videos, but how to make khakhra at home just doesn’t stick.
