Is it ok to take Patrangasava while trying for Pregnancy? The problem is Heavy bleeding, cramps and short period cycles but is it ok while trying for Pregnancy. If yes regular dosage is ok or any suggations in dogae for Pitta body with erlier stomach acidity issues were there.
