Addressing your concerns first involves understanding the balance of doshas, particularly Vata, as its imbalance often influences reproductive health and might result in premature ejaculation (PE) or erectile issues. Excessive masturbation can deplete shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue), leading in increased vata levels and related symptoms. To rejuvenate reproductive health, focus on lifestyle, diet, and herbal remedies.

Begin by incorporating warm, nourishing and grounding foods that balance Vata. Favor foods like whole grains, cooked vegetables, ghee, and dairy products if tolerated. Avoid excessive cold, dry, and processed foods. Eating warm, fresh meals in a relaxed environment will aid in digestion and assimilation.

Include daily self-abhyanga (oil massage) using warm sesame or ashwagandha oil to calm Vata and improve circulation. Regular exercises like yoga, particularly asanas focused on increasing energy and improving circulation in the pelvic region, would help.

Among the mentioned options, ashwagandha is highly regarded for supporting male vitality and stamina. You may try Dabur Ashwagandha Churna. Consume it with warm milk, preferably in the evening. Begin with a small dose like a quarter teaspoon and increase as tolerated, ensure daily consistency for optimal results.

Pair with Himalaya Shatavari tablets which improve reproductive function and boost stamina. Take Shatavari twice daily before meals with warm water.

Himalaya Confido tablets can be added; it’s formulated to enhance sexual function. Take it as directed on package, usually once or twice daily with water.

Try to reduce stress through meditation or breathing exercises, as stress significantly affects sexual health. Maintain a consistent sleep pattern, aiming for 7-8 hours of restful sleep each night.

Prioritize your health and monitor for any improvements. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek guidance from a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider for a personalized approach.

Ashwagandha churna or Tentex forte or ye confido …ye le sakhte h ??

When considering the challenges of premature ejaculation (PE) and low stamina, one must examine lifestyle factors and the balance of doshas, particularly vata, which if aggravated can contribute to these issues. The symptoms you’re experiencing may also be linked to dhatu ksaya (tissue depletion), especially of shukra dhatu, which relates to reproductive tissue and vitality. We need to focus on therapies that nourish and strengthen ojas, the essence of all dhatus that supports vigor and vitality.

First, addressing lifestyle is crucial. Regular practice of yoga and pranayama, especially focusing on asanas like Vajrasana and Padmasana, can help improve blood flow and regulate vata. Avoid excessive stress, cold foods, and late nights, which can further disrupt balance.

Regarding herbal formulations, Ashwagandha is a wise choice as it enhances stamina and strengthens the reproductive system. You could consider Sitaram Aswagandhadi Choornam for its balancing properties. Taking around 1 teaspoon mixed with milk might be beneficial. Shilajit, known for boosting energy and revitalizing tissues, can also be taken; consuming one capsule with warm milk at night is recommended.

Dietary adjustments are essential too. Opt for vata-pacifying foods that are warm, moist, and grounding. Include ghee, almonds, sesame seeds, and dates in your diet — these are nourishing for shukra dhatu. Minimize spicy foods and caffeine, as these can be stimulating and vitiate vata.

If you’re considering formulations like Himalaya Confido Tablets, they may support your current regime by promoting vitality, though the effectiveness can vary individually. Always consult a practitioner to tailor everything precisely to your constitution and current health state.

Lastly, while these recommendations are a good starting point, regular consultation with a healthcare professional is advised to monitor progress and ensure there’s no need for immediate medical intervention.
