Namaste Rashmi Ranjan ji What you have mentioned- severe Manda Agni with clear pitta aggravation is a very delicate situation Usually to kindle Agni, we use Usha ( heating) and Tikshna ( sharp) substances, like ginger, black pepper, pippali etc but these are likely to further increase and agree with symptoms like acidity, burning, and headache What we can do is, we can use deepana and pachana herbs that are mild cooling and pitta friendly so their balance the fire without over eating it You can go with Avipattikara churna- 1/2 tsp with water before meals Giloy sat 2 pinch with honey then take warm water Bilvadi churna- 1/2 tsp with warm water once daily Amla juice - 5 ml on empty stomach

Eat freshly cooked, light, warm meals like moong dal khichdi Steamed vegetables little ghee Use mild spices like cumin, fennel coriander, which will improve Agni without heating Drink warm water infused with coriander seeds or little funnel throughout the day Avoid fasting for too long Eat small and at regular intervals

When dealing with manda agni, especially when pitta imbalances like acidity and headaches are present, it’s crucial to choose wisely among Ayurvedic remedies. You need to focus on boosting agni (digestive fire) without aggravating pitta. One herb that can be beneficial for your situation is Trikatu. It’s a combination of Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Long Pepper (Piper longum), and Ginger (Zingiber officinale). Though usually warmth-inducing, in carefully moderated amounts, it can enliven agni gently without provoking pitta excessively. Take about ¼ teaspoon of Trikatu powder mixed with warm water before meals to help stimulate digestion.

In addition to herb, consider the following: Try adding cumin and coriander seeds to your meals as they help in digesting food and soothing the digestive tract. Also, Amalaki (Emblica officinalis) can be particularly useful; its cooling nature can complement Trikatu’s warming effect while supporting digestion. Consume Amalaki as a juice or powder in moderate amounts, perhaps before breakfast to balance your pitta symptoms.

Make sure your diet aligns with your condition too — opt for foods that are light, easily digestible, and pitta-pacifying. Avoid hot, spicy food and sour, fermented items which may aggravate your symptoms. Favor dishes that are cooling, like those with leafy greens, zucchini, pumpkins, and cucumber. Drink fennel or coriander-infused water during the day to remain hydrated without heating up your system too much.

Lifestyle modifications can further help, such as eating meals at regular intervals and ensuring not to skip any. Engage in calming activities, such as gentle yoga or meditation, which can help manage stress levels, as stress can worsen agni and pitta imbalances. Avoid excessive exposure to heat or direct sunlight.

However, if symptoms do not improve with these measures, consider consulting with a skilled Ayurvedic physician for a thorough personalized examination, as repeated imbalance and procedures like virechana can indicate underlying conditions that require more detailed assessment.
