I am really confused about my health lately. For the past few months, I’ve been feeling super fatigued and just not myself. I tried a few different remedies, but nothing seems to work. My friend suggested Vaidyaratnam Ayaskrithi after I mentioned my low energy and occasional headaches. They said it’s great for rejuvenation and improving overall vitality, but I honestly don’t know much about it. Has anyone here actually tried Vaidyaratnam Ayaskrithi? Like, what can I expect? I was thinking about getting some but there are so many options out there, and I don’t wanna waste my money, you know? My diet hasn’t been the best either, and I’m sure that doesn’t help, but I’m really trying to make changes.
