Usually, kapha dosha iska main culprit hota hai. Iska matlab hai aapko lifestyle aur diet ka diyaan rakhna padega.

Diet me aapko sugar, processed foods, aur dairy products ko kam karna chahiye. Zyada se zyada whole grains, fresh vegetables, aur fruits ko include kare. Methi seeds aur flaxseeds aapke liye bahut helpful ho sakte hain. Subah khali pet ek chamach methi seeds ko paani ke saath le. Ye aapke insulin level ko control karne me madad karte hain.

Phir, aapko apne routine me vyayam include karna chahiye. Early morning walk kare, yoga aur pranayama ko daily routine mein laye. Especially asanas jaise Surya Namaskar aur Baddha Konasana PCOS ke liye bahut faydemand hai.
