how to increase size of penis - #35963

Christopher

I am really feeling kinda lost about something, and honestly, I’m not sure who to turn to. I’ve been doing a lot of reading online about how to increase size of penis, right? I mean, it’s something that has always bothered me a bit. I’m in my late 20s and I’ve been in a few relationships but I just can’t shake off the feeling that I’m not measuring up, literally! I’ve tried the whole extenders and some pills that claimed to be super effective but nothings worked, just ended up wasting money. Last week, I went for a check-up, and I mentioned this concern to my doctor, who just shrugged it off, saying it's all fine as long as you're healthy. But ugh! I’m not looking for reassurance as much as I just want to know how to increase size of penis, ya know? I’ve been reading about Ayurvedic remedies and some herbs like Ashwagandha and Gokshura and not sure what’s truth or just myths. Has anyone here had success with ayurvedic treatments or is it all just a gimmick? I’m kinda nervous about approaching this the wrong way and making things more awkward than they already are. Any advice on how to increase size of penis naturally would be super helpful! I just want to feel more confident... Thanks!

Doctors' responses

When it comes to the topic of increasing penis size, Ayurveda offers some perspectives, althought it’s crucial to approach this subject with realistic expectations. The classical Ayurvedic texts like Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita emphasize overall vitality and health of the reproductive system rather than focusing on size alone. In Ayurveda, the approach would usually be to balance the doshas, particularly Vata, and enhancing the dhatus, or bodily tissues, involved in reproduction.

Ashwagandha and Gokshura are indeed mentioned in Ayurveda for their potential to support male vitality and reproductive health. Ashwagandha is renowned for its ability to reduce stress, kwhich indirectly might improve reproductive function. Gokshura is traditionally used for promoting stamina and penile health. However, it’s important to emphasize that these herbs are not specifically remedies for enlargement. Instead, they may enhance sexual function and improve overall confidence.

To incorporate these into your routine, consider taking Ashwagandha in milk - a teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder mixed in warm milk before bedtime can be beneficial. For Gokshura, look for a reputed Ayurvedic formulation and take as directed by a healthcare professional, considering your body constitution and any other health conditions you might have.

Apart from herbs, practicing certain yoga postures that enhance pelvic region’s circulation can be helpful. Asanas such as Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) and Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend) may increase blood circulation, supporting better functioning of the reproductive system.

Maintaining a balanced diet rich in nutrients, and practicing regular physical activity is crucial too. Eating foods like almonds, seeds, whole grains, fresh vegetables, and fruits nourishes your tissues which Ayurveda believes is key for reproductive health.

It’s crucial to manage expectations and understand that while Ayurveda may aid in enhancing reproductive health, it isn’t a proven path to increase size. Also, synthezising these with any ongoing treatments or lifestyle changes is integral—don’t stop medical guidance based on alternative treatments. If there are more specific concerns, discussing them with an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner or seeking further medical advice could provide tailored advice.

It’s common to have concerns about penis size, especially with so much information floating around online. In Siddha-Ayurvedic tradition, the focus is on harmonizing your body’s natural energies and ensuring you are in balance with your prakriti (innate constitution). Direct physical changes in penis size through herbs or supplements aren’t typically the focus, but there are ways to enhance your overall sexual health and vitality, which may indirectly improve your confidence and performance.

Firstly, Ashwagandha and Gokshura are indeed renowned in Ayurveda for supporting sexual health. Ashwagandha, often called a “rasayana” or rejuvenative, can nourish the dhatus (tissues) and potentially improve vigor by balancing vata and kapha doshas. For practical use, try taking 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk before bedtime.

Gokshura works well as a diuretic and aphrodisiac, believed to support urinary tract health and vitality. Taking 250-500 mg of Gokshura extract daily might help balance your energy levels and indirectly support sexual health. It’s essential to find a good quality supplement from a reputable source.

Additionally, consider incorporating practices like regular yoga and meditation to enhance circulation and reduce stress, which is known to impact sexual performance. Specifically, poses like “Bhujangasana” (Cobra Pose) and “Sarvangasana” (Shoulder Stand) can improve blood flow to the pelvic area.

Remember that Ayurveda emphasizes a holistic approach; the goal is overall wellness rather than focusing singularly on one aspect. If your concerns persist or you’re contemplating trying new treatments, it might be wise to consult with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner who can tailor advice and guide you properly, ensuring the methods are safe and suitable for your constitution.
