I am really struggling right now with some issues regarding my libido. Recentley, my partner and I have noticed things slipping, and I'm not really sure why. Things were great a few months back, but now it's like a switch flipped off. I've tried some herbs and stuff but haven't really seen any solid results. I mean, I'm talking about how to increase female libido instantly — could there be something more I could do? Like, I've been feeling more stressed lately with work piling up, and honestly, I’m not sure if my diet plays a role. I've been eating whatever’s quick and easy.
