how to do sex for long time - #36553

Joshua

I am really struggling with a personal issue that I feel kinda embarrassed to share, but here goes. Lately, me and my partner have been having, like, a lot of really great moments, but there’s this one thing that keeps coming up. I just can't seem to figure out how to do sex for long time, you know? It's not like it’s over super fast every time, but sometimes I feel like I could do better, and I wonder if it’s just in my head or if there's something I can actually work on. I tried to look up stuff online, but it’s all kinda confusing. Sometimes I get anxious about it, like, what if I disappoint her? We’ve been exploring new things together, and I really want every moment to feel amazing and not just rush through it. We’ve been together for a couple of years and I feel like I should be able to improve this. Are there any Ayurvedic tips or remedies that could help me figure out how to do sex for long time? I’ve read a bit about natural herbs and stuff that might help with stamina, but who knows what actually works? Maybe it’s about relaxation, or diet, or something else completely? Any thoughts would be super helpful!

To enhance your stamina, Ayurveda offers numerous solutions that address physical, mental, and lifestyle aspects. Start by considering your dosha, as imbalances can impact sexual vitality. For instance, a Vata imbalance may lead to anxiety and quick loss of stamina, while excess Pitta might cause intensity issues. Kapha excess can lead to reduced energy levels. Ashwagandha is a renowned Ayurvedic herb known for improving endurance and vitality. Take it as a powder with warm milk at night - around 1 teaspoon is common, but you can adjust according to your constitution.

Your diet plays a significant role; consume foods such as almonds, walnuts, milk, and ghee to provide the satiety and nourishment your body needs. Focus on easily digestible meals that enhance your agni (digestive fire) - avoiding heavy, oily foods that might make lethargy. Engage also in practices such as yoga and meditation. A basic routine of pranayama and mindfulness can calm your mind, center your focus, and reduce any undue pressure or anxiety you might feel.

Consider abhyanga (self-massage with sesame oil) before showering. It improves circulation and stimulates the dhatus (tissues), contributing to hormonal balance and stamina. Always allow yourself adequate rest, as the body can renew energy levels overnight. Adequate hydration supports your metabolic processes, maintaining vitality and mental clarity.

Lastly, communication with your partner is essential. Sharing your concerns can ease tension, creating a more comfortable atmosphere. Achieving prolonged pleasant experiences is a journey, not a destination. Not everything will work instantly, but consistency in these practices can make a notable difference over time. Give priority to listening to your body, adapting approaches, and acknowledging progress incrementally. If underlying health conditions persist, consulting a healthcare professional ensures you’re on the right track.
