I am dealing with this issue that's been on my mind for a while now and honestly, it’s quite frustrating. I mean, all my friends talk about their confidence and everything, but I can’t help feel insecure about my size. Recently, I started looking at different ways, like natural methods, that could help with how to increase penis length. I read a lot about different techniques, and some sound too good to be true while others seem painful or just... weird. I've tried some stretches recommended on forums, but I’m not sure if they really work or if I’m just wasting time. Like, just last week I was with my partner and I felt really self-conscious and even avoided intimacy because of this whole thing. I should probably add that I’m reaching out because I feel like I really want to learn how to increase penis length without risking my health or getting involved in surgeries, which sounds scary.
