I am really confused about something that's been bothering me for a while now. I’ve been hearing a lot of people say that does masturbation cause memory loss? Like, I sometimes get distracted easily and forget things that I should remember, you know? A few months ago, I was studying for some exams, and one minute I was focused, then suddenly, my mind kept wandering off. I thought maybe it was stress or lack of sleep, but then a friend mentioned this idea that does masturbation cause memory loss? It kinda got me worried! I mean, I used to think it was just a normal part of life or something but now I’m second-guessing everything. I try to keep myself healthy – eat right, exercise, stuff like that, but if this is really a thing, should I be worried? Like, what if I just end up losing more and more of my memory or focus because of it? I don’t know, maybe I’m overthinking this! I just wanna understand if there’s any truth to the idea that does masturbation cause memory loss, and if so, what can I do about it? I feel like I need some clarity here! Thanks for any insights!
