Client_abf946

I have a Left side rib and corresponding spine tingling. Vata-Pitta combination. Gut bloating after eating, constipation. Feels like I am falling apart. For managing conditions like tinnitus, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis, tailored diet and lifestyle adjustments can be beneficial. Given your Vata-Pitta constitution and symptoms, focus on balancing these doshas by avoiding foods that aggravate them. Minimize intake of spicy, sour, and fried foods they can increase Pitta and disturb digestion. Cut back on caffeine and alcohol, known to imbalance both Vata and Pitta, causing bloating and constipation. It’s also wise to steer clear of cold, raw foods that might disturb Vata.

Emphasize warm, cooked meals with good fats like ghee and oils like sesame, which are grounding and nourishing. Favor sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes. Opt for foods like well-cooked grains (rice, oats), sweet fruits (like bananas and mangoes), and leafy greens, they soothe Pitta and anchor Vata. Fight inflammation naturally with turmeric and ginger in meals.

Ayurvedic supplements could offer additional support. Ashwagandha might help strengthen bones and calm nerves, while Boswellia serrata is traditionally used to reduce inflammation in the joints. Triphala can effectively address constipation and enhance digestion. It’s crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplements, especially considering the complexity of your conditions.

For the tingling sensation, consider more root vegetables like carrots and beets to ground Vata, and engage in regular abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame oil; it enhances circulation and calms Vata imbalances. Stay hydrated and sip warm water throughout the day to support digestion and flush out toxins.

The rib and spine tingling sensation might be ameliorated by incorporating gentle yoga and meditation practices to relieve stress and improve posture. Regularly practicing gentle breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom could also stabilize your mind and nervous system.
