I’ve been feeling very self-conscious and concerned about the size of my testicles. They’ve always seemed smaller than average, but recently, it’s started affecting my confidence and even my overall mood. I did some reading and found that small testicles could be linked to hormonal issues, low testosterone, or even past infections. Is there any Ayurvedic treatment for small testicles to address the underlying cause and improve their size or function? Does Ayurveda offer remedies that specifically target hormonal balance for conditions like small testicles? I’ve come across herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari for boosting reproductive health, but I don’t know if they’re effective for this. Are there specific massages, oils, or dietary recommendations that could help? Another thing I’m worried about is whether small testicles could lead to fertility issues later. Right now I’m working as an Ayurveda consultant at Digvijayam Clinic where I’m focusing more on individualised care. Most ppl come here with stress-related problems, digestion issues, joint pain, that kind of mix. I go by classic diagnosis principles like prakriti analysis, dosha imbalance and all, but also mix in what I learned from modern side—like understanding their lifestyle triggers, screen time, sleep cycles, food gaps n stress patterns. I don’t rush into panchakarma or heavy medicines unless it’s needed... prefer starting with simple herbs, diet change, basic daily routine correction. If things demand, then I go stepwise into Shodhan therapies. My goal is to not just “treat” but to help ppl know what’s happening in their body and why its reacting like that.
