❌Avoid caffeine, spicy and dry foods, cold drinks. overuse of mobile phone or repetitive hand strain. Fasting or skipping meals.
✅ Home Remedies
Warm Milk with Ghee & Turmeric: Take 1 cup warm milk with ½ tsp ghee and a pinch of turmeric at bedtime for deep nourishment and better sleep.
Sesame Oil Hand Massage: Before sleep, massage sesame oil on palms and wrists to reduce tremors.
Fenugreek Water: Soak 1 tsp methi seeds overnight, drink the water next morning — reduces inflammation and improves joint lubrication.
