Hath se hastmaithun ka adhik upyog dhat girne aur ling ke chhote padne jaise samasyaon ka karan ban sakta hai. Ayurveda mein, ye baatein veerya shuddhi aur dhatu santeelan se judi hoti hain. Dhat girne ki samasya ke liye apko apne aahaar aur jeevan shaili mein kuch badlav karne padenge.

Pehle, aap apni aahar santeeln kare. Apne bhojan mein pushthi-game apnaayen jismein doodh, ghee, badam, akhrot aur makhan-makkaan shamil karein. Yeh baar-baar hone wale veerya kshay ko rokkenge aur veerya ki gunvatta ko sudhairenge. Dahi aur makhan ka sevan karein, jisse apki virya shakti badhne me madad milti hai. Naseeradi churana ya vanari lauah jaese avayavidya aoushadhi lene se bhi fayda ho sakta hai.

Dusarvae, hath se hathmaithun ka matra ghataya jaye. Sheershasana, Sarvangasana jaese yoga aasan yadi dhire-dhire apnaaye to apki dhatu bal me samasya dur karne me kafi madadgar saabit ho sakta hai. Ye aasan apni sharir ki urja ka sanchayan kr swasya ko behter banate hain.

Abhyanga, jo ek tel malish hota hai, bhi kiya ja sakta hai; sariran me iske leepan se yah lingam ki majbooti aur lambai ko badha sakta hai.
