Incorporating Ayurveda might help you improve your overall health, given your current issues with weight, joint pain, and migraines. Let’s dive into practical steps:

Begin by considering your diet—it’s crucial for weight management and joint health. Optimize your meals by including more freshly cooked, warm foods that are easy to digest. Favor whole grains, fresh vegetables, and fruits, while reducing intake of processed and refined items. This might boost your agni and support balanced kapha dosha. Try incorporating ginger, cumin, and turmeric in your food to enhance digestion and reduce inflammation in your joints.

For your knees, daily gentle exercise can be a game changer, despite a mostly sedentary lifestyle. Opt for low-impact activities like brisk walking or swimming. Thirty minutes, if possible, helps you get started—ensure not to overstrain. Joint care involves the application of warm sesame oil gently across affected regions, possibly alleviating discomfort.

Migraine issues often respond to regularity and calmness. Stick to meal timings, hydrate with room temperature water, and ensure 6 to 8 hours sound sleep. A simple practice of morning meditation or pranayama (breathing exercise) eases stress which sometimes trigger migraines. Nasya therapy, if accessible, might also aid by balancing dosha’s in head region.

Herbs like Ashwagandha (for calming) and Triphala (for digestion and detoxification) can be helpful. Take guidance of Ayurvedic practitioner for correct dosage and suitability for your constitution.

Regular checkups with healthcare professionals are crucial, especially because of the pain impacting your mobility. Remember to maintain reasonable goals, avoid drastic changes that you can’t sustain long-term, and be persistent with your efforts. Small improvements make a big difference over time.
