6. तनाव प्रबंधन: आई बी एस से परेशानियों का एक कारण तनाव भी होता है। इसलिए मेडिटेशन और डीप ब्रीदिंग जैसी स्ट्रेस रिलीफ तकनीकें अपनाएँ।
