I am trying to figure out what to do about this annoying shoulder pain that’s been getting worse over the past few weeks. I’m not sure what I did to it, maybe lifting something heavy or sleeping in a bad position? Anyway, it just feels tight and achy, and sometimes I struggle to lift my arm without wincing. I thought maybe it’s just from stress or something, but it really seems worse some days. I've been using some ice packs and over-the-counter pain meds, but I can’t help wondering if shoulder pain ayurvedic medicine could offer a better solution. I’ve heard some people mention herbal remedies and oils can work wonders, and honestly, I’m tempted to give that a try. Do you guys have any specific ayurvedic suggestions for shoulder pain? Like, are there particular herbs or treatments that might help? I read that things like ashwangandha or maybe some massage oils could be beneficial? It’s just hard to know what to choose. Also, I kinda worry about how long this could last and if I need to see a proper doctor, but I’m hoping I can sort it out with shoulder pain ayurvedic medicine at home first.
