Hello I‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ understand your point that you want to lose belly fat, back fat, arm and leg fat naturally without GLP-1 drugs. Since you mention that you have been trying for more than 6 months, and that you currently live a sedentary lifestyle, your weight gain is mostly due to Kapha aggravation + weak Agni (slow metabolism) and Vata imbalance that causes poor motivation and slow digestion.

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

✅To Improve Metabolism

1. Trikatu Churna – ½ tsp before lunch + before dinner Combusts fat and makes digestion healthy.

2. Punarnava Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily Helps in reducing water retention and thus, relieves bloating.

✅To Reduce Fat (Stubborn belly fat)

1. Medohar Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily Among the best classical medicines for fat loss.

2. Avipattikar Churna – ½ tsp at night Helps in preventing acidity & makes digestion normal.

✅For Craving Control + Appetite Correction

1. Garcinia Capsule– 1 capsule before lunch Supports the process of craving control and especially overeating.

Minimum duration of 8–12 weeks is necessary to see belly & back fat reduction.

✅HOME REMEDIES

– Warm Jeera–Ajwain–Fennel Water Heating/Boiling: 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp ajwain 1 tsp saunf Drink it after each meal.

–Morning Fat Cut Drink Warm water + lemon + ½ tsp honey (Only if there is no acidity)

–Night Detox Drink Warm water + ½ tsp Triphala powder It detoxifies the liver and improves the fat metabolism process.

✅DIET PLAN

Food Additions Warm water can be taken throughout the day Moong dal, khichdi, soups Ghee (½ tsp per meal) — helps in fat burning Green leafy vegetables Sprout Seasonal fruits Steamed vegetables Millet roti (ragi, jowar, bajra)

Food to Avoid (Must) Sugar Bakery foods Fried foods Packaged snacks Cold drinks Late-night eating Wheat in excess (causes belly fat)

✅Simple Exercise Plan (Beginners + Sedentary Lifestyle)

Initiate with: 20 minutes brisk walking daily 10 minutes yoga (Surya Namaskar × 5 rounds) 5 minutes pranayama

After 2 weeks, you may also add: Light strength training (arms, back, legs) Core exercises (planks, leg raises) 6000–8000 steps/day. Doing this alone can burn 200–300 calories daily.

✅Lifestyle Rules for Fat Loss

Do not eat after 7:30 pm Sleep for 7–8 hours Refrain from day-time sleeping (it increases Kapha) Drink warm water only Keep meal timing regular

With regular medicines, small lifestyle corrections and a metabolism-boosting diet, you can naturally lose belly, back and arm fat without GLP-1 medicines. Ayurveda is slow but it gives stable and lasting weight loss.

Warm ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌regards, Dr Snehal Vidhate

If you want to lose weight naturally without any medication or therapy then first you have to make a firm decision to plan your daily routine. First Avoid solid food after 6 pm. Naturally you will be able to wake up early in morning that too fresh and active. Then start your day with 4-5 km walk in morning – take some liquid like warm water or milk, Sharbat. No breakfast in morning. Follow your routine work - it may feel uncomfortable for first few days but you can make this your routine habit within a week. Take proper lunch in afternoon - Avoid sleeping during the day time. You can take some liquid in evening if you want but better to avoid eating inbetween. Take light food in dinner before 6 pm. Do exercise if possible at empty stomach only. Take proper sleep of 5-6 hr at night. You will surely lose weight naturally. (Diet to avoid - any Artificial sweet items, baked food, dairy food, packaged food, fast food, fried food)

In addressing weight loss through ayurvedic principles, the focus lies on understanding and rectifying imbalances within your doshas, particularly Kapha, which tends to accumulate excess weight when out of balance. Prioritize a pitta-pacifying diet, aiding digestion and metabolism, which often stalls weight loss efforts. Start by incorporating warming spices such as ginger, black pepper, and cinnamon in your meals, they enhance the digestive fire (agni) and promote metabolism.

Consume lighter, warm, and dry foods. Favor cooked vegetables, legumes, and grains like quinoa and barley. Avoid excessive intake of dairy and meat as these can increase kapha. Stone fruits, apples, and berries can act as natural diuretics and are beneficial to include in regular diet. A morning routine can incorporate warm water with lemon and honey to kindle agni.

Regular physical activity cannot be neglected. Choose grounding, rhythmic practices like yoga or brisk walking, perfect for shedding weight in the belly, arms or legs. Engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity five times a week.

For targeting specific areas like arms or belly, practices such as Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) can be quite effective, repeating it regularly enhances metabolism and tones muscles comprehensively.

Mindful eating is another core principle; eat slowly and away from distractions. Ensure your main meals are taken at the same time daily; lateness can lead to ama (toxins) accumulation, thwarting weight loss.

Do consisder herbal support in consultation with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Herbs like Triphala can aid in regular bowel movements, assisting detoxification while Guggul is beneficial for weight management.

Maintain a routine; regularity can keep doshas in balance. Adequate sleep and reduced stress levels are crucial, so include mustard oil massage perhaps or a short meditation session to calm vata and assure sound rest.

Changes may take time, and being consistent is vital. Always leverage ayurvedic practices with careful attention to your body’s response.
