Namaste I understand your concern.

✅AYURVEDIC‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ PLAN OF TREATMENT

👉Continue Mahamanjishtadi Arisht 15–20 ml + equal water after meals It’s a blood purifier but its action is slow.

✅ Initiate these medicines (very effective)

1 Gandhak Rasayan – 1-0-1 after food Gandhak Rasayan is a excellent medicine for itching, allergies, rashes, and chronic dermatological problems.

2 Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily Re-establishes the Liver functions Reduces pitta + revitalises skin metabolism It should be taken for 21–30 days duration.

3 Khadirarishta – 15 ml twice Either with Mahamanjishtadi or on alternate days, you can take Khadirarishta. It is a great remedy for itchy skin, allergies, and bark rash.

✅EXTERNAL APPLICATION

Nimbadi Taila Use it before bathing It is a rash relief which is very calming.

✅DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

❌Completely avoid for a month Dahi( curd) Milk at night Tomatoes, Pickles Spicy Sabji Namkeen, chips Groundnut Too much tea/coffee Fried food Jaggery (gud)

☑️Eat More Lauki, Tori, Karela Green mong Pomegranate Coconut water Boiled bottle gourd + coriander soup Turmeric milk during the day, NOT at night

✅ HOME REMEDIES

👉Neem + Turmeric Water Bath 1 tsp haldi 10 neem leaves All of this is boiled in ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌1 litre Mixing in bathing water Reduces itching immediately

👉Coconut oil+ camphor 2 tsp coconut oil 1 small piece camphor Warm. And apply before sleeping Calms redness and burning

👉Mulethi + Sariva tea 1 tsp sariva ½ tsp mulethi Boil in 2 cups water reduce to 1 cup Drink in afternoon

Aapke symptoms long standing hain, isliye sirf ek aristha se relief nhi milta Yeh combined treatment plan allergy+ pitta + vata tino ko address karta hai

Hello,

Thank you for explaining your condition clearly. Your long-standing night itching, redness in hands and legs, and minimal relief with Mahāmañjiṣṭhādi kaṣāyam suggest a combination of Pitta imbalance, Rakta dushti, and mild Vata aggravation at night. The aim of treatment will be to purify the blood (Rakta Shodhana), reduce Pitta heat, calm Vata at night, and strengthen the skin tissues to stop itching.

🔎 Recommended Investigations

To rule out hidden causes: 1. CBC + ESR – to check for infection/allergy markers. 2. Liver function test (LFT) – important before starting long-term blood purifiers. 3. Blood sugar fasting & PP – itching worsens in high sugar levels. 4. Vitamin D3 – low levels cause itching in many people. 5. Thyroid profile – thyroid imbalance can worsen skin dryness and itching. 💊 Internal Medicines

Phase 1 – 15 Days (Rakta Shodhana & Pitta Shamana)

1. Guduchi churna – 1 g with warm water twice daily → reduces heat, itching, allergy. 2. Punarnavadi kashaya / Syrup – 15 ml with 30 ml of warm water twice daily before food → clears inflammation & supports skin detox. 3. Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after meals → cleanses liver, improves skin healing. 4. Gandhaka Rasayan – 1 tablet at night after food → very effective for chronic itching & redness.

Phase 2 – 45 Days (Rasayana + Skin Strengthening) 1. Mahatikataka ghrita – 1 tsp morning before breakfast → excellent for Pitta skin disorders & burning. 2. Manjisthadi guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after meals → deeper Rakta purifying effect, better than kashaya alone. 3. Nimbadi churna – 1–2 g with warm water at night → reduces allergy tendencies. 4. Haridra + Amla (turmeric + amla powder mix) – ½ tsp twice daily → reduces inflammation, cools blood.

🌿 External Applications & Therapies 1. Khadirarishta dab + coconut oil (50–50 mix) – apply on itchy areas at night → reduces redness & burning. 2. Aloe vera fresh gel – apply during day (twice) → cooling + anti-inflammatory. 3. Bala taila or Nalpamaradi taila – gentle massage before bath (3–4 times/week) → soothes Vata and dryness. 4. Sitz bath / warm water bath – Add neem leaves or turmeric to bath water.

🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations ❌ Avoid: 1. Spicy, sour, oily foods → increase Pitta & itching 2. Tomatoes, curd at night, pickles 3. Excess salt 4. Coffee/tea after evening 5. Sleeping late (itching worsens after 10 pm) ✅ Include: 1. Warm, simple veg food (your diet is Veg – good!) 2. Amla, cucumber, bottle gourd, ridge gourd 3. Barley water or jeera water daily 4. Coconut water (morning) 5. 1 tsp cow ghee daily → reduces internal heat 6. Neem, turmeric in cooking 🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Pranayama 1. Cooling practices: Sheetali Sheetkari Chandra bhedana → Reduce Pitta & heat-related itching. 2. Stress reduction: Anulom Vilom – 10 min Bhramari – at night 3. Asanas: Vajrasana Balasana Viparita Karani (5 min before sleep)

🕉️ Follow-up & Duration * Expect initial relief in 15–20 days. * Significant improvement usually seen in 6–8 weeks. * Continue Rasayana medicines for 2–3 months for long-term cure. * Review labs and symptoms after 45 days.

✨ Overall Guidance

Your symptoms strongly suggest Rakta + Pitta imbalance, and with proper cooling, purifying, and Vata-calming treatment, the itching can be controlled completely. Relief is gradual but steady with the right combination of internal + external care.

If you have any queries or doubt regarding treatment… please don’t hesitate to reach out.

With kind regards, Dr. Sumi

Permethrin cream-twice daily after bath (if relief would not achieved by use of malhar)

Adv:

Dos  Wash everything: On the first day of treatment, wash all bedding, clothing, and towels in hot water and dry them on a hot cycle.

Bag non-washable items: For items that cannot be washed, such as stuffed animals or shoes, seal them in a plastic bag for at least 72 hours to a week, as mites cannot survive off human skin for long.

Vacuum and clean: Thoroughly vacuum carpets, upholstered furniture, and other soft furnishings.

Avoid scratching: Keep fingernails trimmed to minimize injury from scratching, and apply cream to the hands if they are washed after initial application.

Don’ts  Avoid close contact: Do not have close physical contact with others until at least 24 hours after the first treatment is completed.

Don’t share items: Avoid sharing bedding, clothing, or towels with others during and after treatment until the infestation is cleared.

HELLO,

You have persistent itching and redness in hands and feet, mainly at night, which has continued for more than 6 months. In Ayurveda, this picture strongly points toward a combination of

A) PITTA IMBALANCE This causes -redness -warmth or burning -itching increases at night or after sunset -sensation of heat in palms and soles When pitta gets mixed with blood , skin becomes sensitive and reactive

B) KAPHA INVOLVEMENT Kapha produces -thickened skin -persistent itching -sluggish detoxification This is why the itching is long standing and not relieved fully

c) VATA AGGRAVATION AT NIGHT At night, vata increases, which can worsen: -itching sensations -restlessness -dryness So your condition is a pitta-kapha-rakta disorder with vata aggravated itching, falling under- vitiated blood, skin disorder

TREATMENT GOALS -purify and cool the blood -reduce itching and stabilize vata -improve liver and gut function -enhance immunity and reduce recurrence

INTERNAL THERAPY

1) MAHAMANJISTHADI KASHAYA= continue taking it

2) SARIVADYASAVA= 15 ml + equal water twice daily after meals

3) HARIDRA KHANDA= 1 tsp with warm milk at night

4) GANDHAK RASAYANA= 1 tab twice daily after meals

5) AROGYAVARDHINI VATI= 1 tab twice daily after meals

6) AVIPAATIKAR CHURNA-= 1 tsp with warm water at bedtime

DURATION OF INTERNAL TREATMENT= 6-12 weeks

EXTERNAL THERAPY

1) COOLING AND SOOTHING OILS= coconut + neem mix =reduce itching, moisturise skin, reduce redness

2) COOLING PACKS -Multani mitti + rose water pack -aloe vera gel (fresh) - after lepa =apply for 10-15 min, not long enough to over dry skin

3) BATHING METHODS -use lukewarm or cool water, not hot -add neem leaves or bitter herbs to bathing water -avoid hard cosmetic soaps

DIET -bottle gourd, ridge gourd, ash gourd -moong dal -barley , wheat, rice -amla -coriander/fennel seed water -buttermilk (daytime only) -ghee (small amount daily)

AVOID -spicy items -chilli,garlic excess -pickles -sour curd -tomatoes -oily fried foods -heavy sweets -excess dairy -fermented foods -leftover food -excess tea/coffee -junk food

LIFESTYLE CHANGES -sleep before 10:30 pm -late sleep worsens pitta -keep hand/feet cool -moderate activity like walking -light early dinner

AVOID -hot showers -scratching skin- micro tearing increaseitching -stress and anger -heavy meals at night -sleeping immediately after dinner

YOGA ASANAS -shavasana -vajrasana after meals -balasana -marjari-asana -uttanasana

PRANAYAM -Sheetali -sheetkari -nadi sodhana -bhramari

HOME REMEDIES -Coriander seed water= drink morning- reduces heat + itching -Amla juice with water= excellent for pitta and skin -Neem leaves boil water bath= reduces itching and redness -Aloe vera = apply on affected areas -cow ghee= reduces internal heat

Your symptoms strongly suggest a chronic pitta-kapha-rakta imbalance. Mahamanjisthadi is helpful but not enough alone, because our condition involves itching + heat + sensitivity + chronicity

Ayurveda works best when -internal detox (blood + gut) -external soothing therapy -diet correction -lifestyle and stress balancing are combined

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

1 tsp

1 tab

1 tab

1 tsp

Raat ko khujli aur redness ko samajhne ke liye dosh imbalance ko dekhna zaruri hai. Khujli aur redness, kapha aur pitta dosha ke imbalance ke karan ho sakti hai. MahaManjishthadi Arisht rakht shodhan ke liye yogya hai, lekin saath hi dosh balance karna jaroori hai.

Aap MahaManjishthadi Arisht lete rahiye aur satht me virodhajanya rasayan (antiallergic) gun ke paadarth le sakte hain. Vasa aur Guduchi churna ko, din me do baar ek chammach pani ke sath le sakte hain. Guduchi ka kadha, nitya rog pratibandhak aur pitta shamak hai. Isse pitta aur vyadhikshamyata dono me sudhar hoga.

Aahar me apko khatti aur teekhi cheezen kam karna chahiye. Amla, tamatar aur masaledar khana turant avoid karein. Tarbooj, khira, aur dudh jyada se jyada apne aahar me shamil karein. Thanda dudh ya chhachh peena raat me suvidhajanak ho sakta hai.

Din me kuch samay ke liye dhyan ya pranayam jaroor karein, taaki man shaant rahe aur chetna (awareness) viksit ho. Neem oil ya coconut oil, nelye hath aur pair me lagana sookshm shleshma ko kam kar sakta hai. Isse aapko temporary thandak aur rahat milegi.

Agar symptoms me sudhar na aaye ya intensify ho jaye, to turant ayurvedic doctor ke saath ek mulaqat fix kare. Ye janna jaroori hai ke koi dusra rog ya underlying condition to nahi hai. Vaise toh imbalances theek hone me thoda samay lag sakta hai, lekin dhyan aur upchar se ye manage kiya ja sakta hai.

It looks like you’re dealing with itching and redness at night even after using Mahamanjishtadharishta for a month. It indicates an imbalance potentially related to Pitta, as this dosha often manifests as skin issues like itching, redness, and burning sensations.

First, ensure that the Mahamanjishtadharishta you are using is of good quality and taken as prescribed. When taking traditional remedies, it’s important to allow some time for them to exert their effects fully, but if significant relief isn’t noted, adjustments could be needed.

Consider integrating a few other approaches into your regimen. You might benefit from incorporating Neem (Azadirachta indica) internally and externally. Neem has cooling properties that are helpful against Pitta-related skin issues. You could apply neem oil lightly to the affected areas before sleeping. Internally, neem powder or tablets can be useful — follow dosage instructions on the package or consult a practitioner for personalized guidance.

Focus on your diet: include cooling foods and avoid spicy, salty, or sour items which can aggravate Pitta. Coconut water and cucumber can be soothing. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day, but reduce fluid intake close to bedtime if you’re dealing with night-time issues.

Engage in calming practices like Pranayama or gentle yoga to reduce overall stress, which can exacerbate skin problems. If the symptoms persist or worsen, consider consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner directly for a comprehensive evaluation. In some cases, a detailed pulse diagnosis could offer more insights into the underlying imbalance.

Monitor your symptoms and their response to these adjustments carefully. Immediate medical evaluation might be necessary if symptoms intensify or systemic reactions develop. Always ensure that any Ayurvedic intervention complements necessary medical care.
