I am struggling with some, um, intimate health issues lately. A while ago, my doctor suggested i try something natural and mentioned himcolin, but honestly, I don't really know how to use himcolin properly. I mean, I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks now, but I think I might be doing it wrong? Like, I just apply a bit when needed, but I feel like there should be more to it or something? The packaging says “use regularly” but I don't know what that means?? Do I use it before, or after? Do I have to do anything special? My friend said I have to warm it up or something, but that feels a bit odd to me. I’ve also been reading about himcolin’s benefits and how it helps with certain problems, and it all sounds great, but just feeling sorta lost here. Can anyone share experiences or specific instructions on how to use himcolin? Should I be applying it at certain times or is there a technique involved?
