Aapki sthiti ko samajhne ke liye, hum Ayurveda ke adhaar par doshay aur mansik sthiti ko dekhenge. Vata dosha aur mansik vighn, jaise ki chinta ya avasadi, sexual energy aur desire par prabhavit kar sakti hai. Pehle to, aap apne dincharya aur khurak ko vata santulan par kendrit karein. Ghrit (clarified butter) aur til ka tel (sesame oil) garam taseer wale padarth hain jo snehan kaam karte hain. Inka upyog aapke bhojan mein baddha sakte hain aur mardana ya sharir par massage ke roop mein bhi kar sakte hain.

Mansik shanti ke liye, dhyan ya pranayama ka abhyas avashya karein. Din mein kam se kam 10-15 minute nadi shodhan pranayama (anulom-vilom) aur bhramari pranayama karein. Yeh techniques vata aur mansik tanav ko shant karne mein sahayak hain.

Bhojan mein kuch vishesh padarth jodne se bhi madad mil sakti hai. Tridoshic anna, jaise kheer ya dudh se bane swadisht padartha, shakti ka sanchetan bhi kar sakte hain. Sanjha ko garam doodh mein thoda jaiphal ya ashwagandha milakar piye, yeh apka stamina aur calmness barhane mein sahayak ho sakta hai.

Sone se pehle, ek sukhad vatavaran banane ki koshish karein. Kamre ko andhera aur thanda rakhen, madhyam pradeep ya aroma diffuser ka istemal karein taaki man aur sharir dono ko visranti mil sake.

Yadi aapko lagta hai ki in upay se bhi sthiti mein sudhar nahi aata, to karyaksham ayurvedic vaidyakee salah lena uchit hoga. Is tarah se aap vyavharik aur samvik shanti ko prapt kar sakte hain. Apni emotional aur physical health ko sambhalna bahut awashyak hai.
